Stairway to… the global standards of ABB

Before I decided to go public with this blog, I thougth, and I still do, that this kind of things should be dealt with internally, especially in case of ABB who is communicating daily about its care for work ethics. Theorethically. There’s also a special department to solve this kind of problems. Theoretically. So here we go my attempts to solve problems in the ABB:

On the 6th of March, 2015, I notified the Integrity department ( 1000 days )

On the 23rd of March, 2015, I wrote to Integrity Department as follows:

Dear Sirs,

I am patient as I can, and … I got fired today.  No contact from your side.

I am affraid I have no choice I have to go to the court, is this necessary?

 Regards

Again, I get a reply on the same day:

Dear Mr.

This message is to confirm receipt of the message below. This information has been provided to ABB Regional Human Resources Manager Volker S.

 Best regards,
ABB Group Integrity

Later I made some more futile attempts to get in touch with them.

On the 31st of March 2015, I sent a copy of the lawsuit that I had filed in the polish court.

On 16th of April 2015, another email, does it mean any progress? An answer was similar, but the source is more important because Ann is not just anyone in ABB.

Dear Stanislaw,

This email is to confirm receipt of your email which has been forwarded to our legal department and Volker S. for handling.

 Best regards Ann

Ann M.
Vice President
Head of the Office of Special Investigations
Group Function Legal & Integrity
ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd

Affolternstrasse 44

On 17th of April 2015, I wrote another email to Volker S.
No response.

On 18th of November 2015 I wrote to ABB CEO, Urlich S. directly and indirectly through Integrity and Ann M. Vice President. There was only a reply from Integrity.

Dear Mr.,

This message is to confirm receipt of the email below.

Best regards, ABB Group Integrity

On 26th June 2016 I wrote a „Second Letter to Mr. Ulrich S. CEO of ABB”. Adressed just as the first one I wrote to the CEO.

On the next day a reply arrived from a lawyer from… Poland.

Dear Mr.,

Responding to your letter that you sent to Mr. S. and other senior leaders of ABB Group on 26.06.2016 (Second Letter) I would like to inform you that your case will be decided by the Polish labor court. You shall not receive any other answer from ABB Group before the final verdict is issued by the court.

Best regards,
Piotr M.
General Counsel of ABB in Poland
Country Integrity Officer

On 19th of September I wrote to Directors of the Board.

With the same effect.

I’m reminding you that the lawsuit purpose was to restore my job but it contained also a complaint about being intimidated and ridiculed by HR director Jerzy C., and the complain was also about comparing co-workers from the division to wh*res by their division director Magdalena M., calling a looser a worker in Poland and a idiot another worker in Finland, also by the divison manager Magdalena M.

… about all above very soon!

Those who comitted and allowed this and much more, are still working in ABB as far as I know.

Let’s just follow this path, one of them must be effective and ABB didn’t hire me for Commercial Manger if I was to drop it on the first, second or even sevent occasion.

Just curious, how long would you wait?  Write to me.
